Rome II
Leaving Rome Friday morning our last few days were awesome with visits to the Borghese Gallery, Ostica Antica ( an ancient Roman ruin), Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps and the fabulous St Paul Basilica which has to be the most magnificant Church in Rome.
We have nearly 900 pictures and will post the best on our website when we return.
Tina found lots of great bargains in the shops of Rome. I did find a McDonalds but unfortunately no Starbucks. We averaged 6 miles a day walking so should return a few pounds lighter (we hope).
