Gregoire's Ray + Tina

Had a great time at the book club meeting discussing "The World is Flat" which explains the rapid changes in the world economy. A very interesting group of well educated people where in attendance. My voice still has not returned but Tina more than made up for me with her interesting insights.

Getting ready for our first dinner for 8 club dinner at our house. I had perfected Donna's Seafood Quiche but one member of the group is allergic to shellfish so I have expanded my culinary skills and have perfected a killer "Chicken Kiev" for the occasion.

Meeting tons of great people as Tina is a joiner and into the following clubs " Painting, ceramics, book club, dinner for 8 and Trilogy kids to name a few.

Have booked Lombardi's for Paul & Becky's rehearsal dinner for a group of about 40 or so in October.

Next trips are to Las Vegas with a stop over at Scott's in Boise in April and a coast to coast driving trip to the East Coast where we will attend a J&J reunion in New Jersey.

Had my checkup with the cardioligist and everything looks great with my cholesterol down to 112 from 282 and triclycerides down to 215 from 340. Tina's pretty quick to bring me to the doctor if anything seems off...like having a live in nurse.
