NEW BLOG TINA
Looks like Blogger has suffered a hacker attac..it did not alter my blog but it did many others including Tina.

My battle for workout supremacy at Trilogy continues was#1 out of over 700 folks in October for Cardio Activity, Weights lifted and Fitpoints. Still #1 in November in Cardio & Fitpoints ( 1 fitpoint for every minute of cardio and 1 fitpoint for every 100lbs lifted...have a tough competitor this month but still winning !!!
