Alex came over for lunch with her boyfriend Weds. Always a treat to see her.

Had my nuclear stress test today. They had a hard time getting my pulse rate up to the desired 134. I thought it was because I was in great shape but I guess it was caused by my medication so they gave me a shot to bring it up and yikes I had a real bad reaction but lived to talk about it.

I asked the nurse how my heart looked and she was elusive saying the pictures came out real good. Guess I'll have to wait until we return in Jan to get the results....a good sign or a bad sign ???????????
