Hi, it's Tina.

I'm happy to report that hard work pays off. My daughter, Alex Wexler, has spent the last week in a lab at university, wondering if her science experiment would work. (It was something in organic chemistry, but I can't remember the details.) Alex and her lab partner, Stephanie, were trying to duplicate results from a Harvard(? somewhere) study and the professor said their results were good enough to publish.

They probably won't publish because it would take months, but it is very cool.
