Day 13

With 55 miles per hour winds and high seas the captain cancelled our port of call in
Marseilles, France so today is a sea day. The Princess Ruby is one of the largest cruise ships in the world at 952 feet in length with a gross weight of 113,000 tons accommodating 3080 quests with a crew of 1200.

Tina loves to read aloud and she reading” Leisureville” which is about 55 and over communities and cruises. The story humorously describes life in “ The Villages” in Florida, Sun City in Arizona etc and is very funny and accurate. Trilogy folks might enjoy this book.

Next port is Barcelona, Spain, which we did not explore, as well as we wanted to on our last trip to
Spain as our flight was delayed by 24 hours.
